Tickets for the following events
may be ordered through this website:

The Kick Off Party (Thursday Night)
$85.00, member & non-member

The GHFCW Main Luncheon (Saturday)
(SOLD OUT)

Ingo Rademacher GHFCW Event (Friday)
$80.00 per person

 

Tickets for any other events must be made through the event coordinator as described on the event information.

Payments for the above events are to be made by money order made out directly to Debbie Morris, (not the event).  If payments are not specifically made payable to Debbie Morris, this will cause a delay as it would be returned to you and your place will not be reserved.  Money orders are the only forms of payment accepted for ticket purchase.

**Do not send your order(s) in any manner that will require a signature** They will not be picked up and will instead be returned to you unprocessed.

Each event must be purchased separately. Do not combine money orders for different events.   Your orders will be returned for correction, delaying the process of your order.

Members may only order tickets for themselves or other GHFC members at the reduced member's price.  Members ordering for non-members must pay the non-member price for the non-member's ticket.  Orders not containing sufficient payment will not be processed.

Each order must include the name and all required information for every single ticket purchased.  Required information will be name, address, city, state and email address. No information = no ticket.  This includes orders for several individuals being mailed to one address.  Again, a name, address, city, state and email address for point of contact MUST be included for EACH TICKET SOLD.  Please print out and use the ticket order form for each event requested.

If you want to sit together you “must’ purchase your tickets together.  Please do not ask to be seated with someone if you did not purchase your ticket with that person or group. Once tickets arrive, seats cannot be added to a particular order.  No exceptions.

 ***ALL Tickets are non-refundable***

All events include food, fun and lots of making memories.  I do not think you would want to miss a single minute.
